I've been having stomachache for 5 days now. I only went out last tuesday and I was wearing light clothes and didn't know the weather would be windy. 2 days later I woke up with pain in my stomach and a day later I started having diarrhea so I took nanazoxid and it stopped it but the pain just won't go away and i'm always thirsty but can barely eat or drink.

You are severely dehydrated. You need to take ors in 1 l water and drink it throughout the day for 3 days. Take an enzyme cap before your meals. Take rest at home until you are fine. For cramps. Ppi before meal hyoscine butylbromide when ever ther is pain (do not continue if kot needed)
